Estancia Metropolitan District currently imposes a semi-annual Operations Fee, due on January 1 and July 1 each year.
Billing of the Operations Fee is handled by American Conservation & Billing Solutions (AmCoBi).

eBill & ePay
AmCoBi’s eBill service allows residents to enroll and receive an e-mail message with a URL link to a copy (PDF) of your bill. eBill also stores a history of previous bills.
AmCoBi’s ePay service allows you to pay your bill online with a credit card, debit card, or automatic withdrawal from your checking/savings account (ACH). Debit and credit cards have a processing fee of 2.95%, charged by Paymentus, the payment processing provider.
To enroll in eBill or ePay:
- Point your Web browser to: www.AmCoBi.com
- Select the “Pay Online” link on the home page
- Follow the instructions
